I specialize in creative and affordable websites for up-and-coming writers—and more established ones, too. Good web design is like good writing: clear, focused, and evocative. Confusing navigation, hard-to-read text, and broken code should never stand between you and your readers.
Webpage design for the desktop is my strong point and typography my recent obsession. While I love the visuals of web design, I also have a decent grasp of front-end development. I work with HTML 5 and CSS 3, ensuring code is lean, compliant, and attractive across a variety of devices. Need a WordPress theme, Tumblr theme, or even a Facebook cover? I can do that, too. Need a custom-built eCommerce script? Err... Let's just say I leave back-end development to more qualified people.
I make websites. I can guide you through the website creation process, from choosing a webhost to uploading content. With a content management system (CMS), you won't require any coding skills to update and maintain your website.
My name is Stephanie Blantin. I'm a 20-something web designer living along the US-Mexican border. I love language, photography, and cats. When I'm not designing web pages, coding silly plot line generators, or being distracted by humorously captioned cat photos, I write stories, bad poems, and maybe even a novel or two (but only in November).
